Mr. Gupta had been a public sector Banker, served BANK OF INDIA as a specialist officer.
Mr. Gupta holds an impressive academic portfolio, including a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from the prestigious XISS Institute. He also possesses an engineering degree, showcasing his strong technical foundation. As a certified associate and permanent member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, he has successfully cleared JAIIB, CAIIB, NBFC and AMFI certifications, reflecting his depth of knowledge in the financial domain. Recently, he has done, furthering his academics by doing LLB, exemplifying his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Prior to his successful real estate career, Mr. Gupta served as a Specialist Officer with the Bank of India, where he gained valuable experience in government banking. Transitioning into the real estate sector, he has played a pivotal role in executing numerous high-profile projects, ensuring seamless delivery from conception to completion.
Mr. Gupta is the key person behind the very successful and award-winning business and management strategies of various real estate projects, played a pivotal role in delivering varied ambitious projects including Rajasthan’s one of the tallest commercial cum residential real estate project and first ever smart homes in the region.

Being a director of the company Mr. Gupta have enhanced ability to assess varied situations and accordingly form an optimal strategy and execution of plans.
Mr. Jay “A Visionary” has diversified and ventured into finance and investment business recently and floated a new company which has been recognized as a startup by the department for promotion of industry and internal trade, Ministry of commerce and industry, Government of India.
